Small and friendly attraction for the whole family. So many donkeys we lost count! Picnic area and a shop selling toys and icecreams. No playground area, but access to the Donkeys free (donations welcome). A pleasant way to spend an hour or so! VL

Great place to go if you have children who are interested in dinosaurs. It is quite small, but they are VERY accommodating for younger children and there are loads of different activities you can do, like brushing sand away from fossils, and Dinosaur puzzles. Activity sheets and clipboards provided too. There is a room upstairs where the children can do paintings of dinosaurs etc. The paleontologists are there and you can chat to them and ask questions. The souvenir shop is really nice too. the only fault is the size of the place, so it doesn't really take long to look at everything. But if your child is really into dinosaurs they will love it regardless. **** KB

Tucked away in Seaview this park is ideal for toddlers. It has a full range of talks throughout the day from their friendly staff and a chance for children to feed the animals. There is outdoor seating for those who want to bring a picnic and a cafe serving a range of foods as well as ice creams. The gift shop has a vast aray of items for old and young. Only complaint i really had was that the toilets were a bit smelly. **** MC

This is a FAB place for the whole family, Right by the beach too, so there is somewhere to go after, parking is free, and the white tigers are beautiful. They even do talks about the animals, so it's educational for the kids as well as fun. Island Residents get reduced entry cost with proof of address (eg driver's licence). There is a small children's play area, and a cafe which serves hot and cold food. Baby changing facilities too! This place is great all round, with the added bonus of being right on the sea front! It definitely gets my vote! ***** KB
